Sign Up - Paradata Complete

Before starting, please ensure you have a deposit or checking account with a bank in the US. For more information on obtaining an account, please contact Harris Bank.
Review the following steps to apply for your Online Merchant Account:
Please note: The forms required to activate your merchant account and payment gateway services are available in PDF file format only. Please ensure you have an up to date version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your machine. If not, please visit the Adobe Website to download a free copy.
- Download your Account Application Form:
Choose from two pricing options (prices quoted in US dollars):
- Plan 1 - No Annual Fee, $59.95 Monthly Fee, 2.35% Discount Rate, $0.35 per Transaction.
- Plan 2 - No Annual Fee, $69.95 Monthly Fee, 2.25% Discount Rate, $0.25 per Transaction.
Please complete all fields that apply. The last line of page three, indicates whether or not you require online reporting from the Merchant Account Provider. The cost for this service is an additional $9.95 per month. If you wish to OPT OUT of this reporting, you MUST sign the last line.
If your estimated annual dollar volume exceeds $120 000, it is recommended that you provide a minimum of 2 years of company or personal financial information.
- MOTO Questionnaire:
Complete all information pertaining to your business, use N/A to indicate any information that is not applicable.
- Merchant Terms and Conditions:
Please review the Merchant Terms and Conditions.
- Merchant Cancellation Addendum:
The Merchant Cancellation Addendum allows for the cancellation of a Merchant Account before the expiry terms stated in the contract.
- Void Check or Bank Letter
Please provide a voided check or Bank Letter for the account into which you wish the funds to be deposited.
- Copy of a Utility Bill or Business License
Please provide a Utility Bill or Business License displaying your current address.
- State a Password
Please provide a 6 to 8 character password containing at least one number and one letter (must not contain your business name). Please include this information on the fax cover sheet accompanying your application info.
- Fax all COMPLETED signed forms, to 1.866.634.7487. Please remember to include your:
- Merchant Account Application
- MOTO Questionnaire
- Merchant Cancelation Addendum
- Void Check or Bank Letter
- Utility Bill or Business License displaying current address
- Password
Upon successful submission, you will receive a 'READY GO' email with further instructions pertaining to the activation of your new account
NOTE: Please be advised that failure to submit the required information may cause a delay or decline of your application. Normal turn around times for Merchant Accounts range from 24 to 72 hours. The times may vary if information is inaccurate, or invalid. You will be contacted, should the merchant account provider require any additional information. Not all merchants will receive accounts, as low credit scores indicate risk that may be above minimum bank risk standards.
