Transactions are processed by the transaction server in approximately 3 to 5 seconds. |

You can view all orders and transactions through your Merchant Support Center (MSC). The Merchant Support Center is a secure browser based application which allows you to view all orders and transactions that go through your store. |

| Is there a central location where I can view orders that have gone though my site? | |
The MSC is the Merchant Support Center, a secure browser based application which allows you to view all orders processed and transactions that have been attempted on your site. The MSC is also where you would go to process credits and voids. |

| How long before the money from an order is deposited in to my bank account? | |
Transactions reach the bank after they are "settled". Transactions are settled automatically once per day when the "batch" is closed. Transactions can also be settled manually at any time by the merchant through the Merchant Support Center (MSC). |

| When do I get billed for payment services? | |
By filling out the Activation form you agree to sign up for the online payment service. You will be billed for the service in 30 days or after you have gone live, whichever comes first. |
